Susan joined the Firm in March 2015. She is a graduate of Ithaca College and received her paralegal certificate from The George Washington University. Susan worked for several years as a paralegal and office manager in Washington, DC before relocating to Vermont. She enjoys biking, hiking and spending time with her family on Lake Champlain.
Nicholas Kelly, Paralegal
Nick joined SP&F Attorneys in July 2024. He spent the past nine years working as a paralegal in Stowe, with a focus on civil litigation and real estate work. Before relocating to Vermont, he was a Private Investigator in New York City. Nick graduated from St. Lawrence University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Government. He lives in Burlington with his wife, Margaret, and their three children.
Tyler Reardon, Legal Assistant
Tyler joined the Firm in May 2025, initially stepping in as part-time office support, and quickly became an integral full-time member of the team. She graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a degree in English and a minor in Criminal Justice, and has plans to pursue a paralegal certificate to deepen her expertise in the legal field. Outside of her professional life, she’s a passionate creative—whether it’s enjoying quality time with her family, unwinding by the ocean, diving into novels, or crafting her own music. Tyler’s blend of dedication, creativity, and ambition make her a unique asset to the Firm.
